Palmview High School’s Career and Technical Education (CTE) Department was proudly recognized at the recent La Joya ISD Board Meeting for its outstanding work and continued commitment to student success.
Representing the department were Mr. Jose Garcia, Mr. Jesus Garza, and Mr. Jose Montemayor, who received district recognition on behalf of the entire CTE team. Joining them in support were Mr. Jorge Garcia, CTE Strategist, and Principal Mrs. Herrera.
The recognition highlights the dedication, leadership, and hands-on excellence that define Palmview High’s CTE programs. From industry certifications to competitive events and real-world skill development, the department continues to prepare students for college, careers, and beyond.
